Briley’s Bridals

Now that the wedding’s over, we can show off Briley’s bridal pictures. Gorgeous, fun, really awesome… just a few words to describe them. Kacey was the exclusive photographer and I’m always impressed by her eye for an image. They shot in and around Malakoff, TX. Congrats Briley and Adam!!!

Stone Oak Ranch

Getting off to a great start… been shooting a lot of bridals lately. Wow! After the weddings I’ll start posting pics from those shoots. The image below was from a bridal shoot I did at Stone Oak Ranch in Murchison, TX. Click the image to view the full size, high resolution image and be able to zoom in and out. The image is a pano that was stitched together from 18 images to create this super high resolution picture of Stone Oak.

After clicking on the image, you can use the toolbar along the bottom to zoom in or out, and use your mouse to drag the picture around to see more. Click the last icon on the right to return to full view.

2010 – What a great year!

2010 was a great year!

It started off with a weekend long workshop from the great Trey Ratcliff on HDR photography. There were so many “favorites” from the year – I spent a week in DC just exploring and taking pics, spent another week at the Grand Canyon, got to see Meteor Crater in Arizona (loved it!), spent a few days in the Davis Mountains and a starry night at the McDonald Observatory. I got to meet dozens of new friends across the country and photograph some amazing people. 2010 was the year I went back to what I love – full self employment – of which I have no regrets! I love my life and this past year was another gift and blessing.

I made this collage out of my 2010 Flickr submissions. Used a nifty little app called Shape Collage. It’s REALY COOL and extremely flexible in the shapes and designs. I’ve been using the Pro version so I can do final edits in Photoshop. A free version is available if you don’t need the extra stuff.

Now for 2011… let’s rock & roll!!! Happy New Year Everybody!
